in Mauja Bakhtiyarpur, Thana No. 64, P.S.-Simri Bakhtiyarpur, District-Saharsa which have been acquired through registered sale deed by petitioner's mother and father.

(II) For direction upon the respondents to rectify the area of land in Register-II as 2 Kathas-17 dhurs have been mentioned in place of 2 kathas 7 dhurs.

The matter relates to Khata No. 237, Khesara No. 1972 under Bakhtiyarpur Mauza which the petitioner claims to be his land but there is some anomaly in the Register-II and the petition preferred has got no response.

Learned State counsel submits that he may be allowed to approach the Collector, Saharsa for the redressal of the grievance.
