hereinafter) and/or in alternative direction for vacating the plot of land from unauthorized occupation by the Respondents, bearing Khata no. 100 Plot no. 262 Thana no. 26 by removal of entire structure made over the land of the Petitioner made by the concerned Respondent, situated at village/Mauja - Tetarhad under Circle Office- Navi Nagar, P.S. Navi Nagar, District Aurangabad, which is a purchased property of the petitioner purchased vide registered Deed of Sale bearing Deed no. 4524 Token no. 4703 SI no. 4668 Book 1 CD Volume 10 dated 10.04.2012.
