The present writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner for following reliefs:-

(i). For direction to the respondent to expedite the mutation appeal no 69/2024-25 which is pending before him since last one year.

(ii). For direction to the respondents to set aside the order passed by the DCLR in Mutation Case No. 249/2023 where by and where under the order passed in a very crypt manner only on that ground that the sent Title Suit No. 89/2022 pending before the Sub-Judge, Arwal.

(iii). For direction to the respondent to create the Jamabandi in the name of petitioner
