Both applications arise out of the same case i.e. Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023 and accordingly, the same are being heard and disposed of together by this common order.

From perusal of the report of the court below, it appears that out of 13 charge sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the above-said facts and circumstances, presently, both the applications are disposed of with observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after a period of one year or after examination of at least 10 witnesses, whichever is earlier.
