Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna against the impugned order passed by the Joint Director, Consolidation, Gaya, for redressal of his grievance.

Learned counsels for the State and the private respondents submit that they have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

It is needless to say that this writ petition was filed on 04.09.2018 and it is disposed of today and the same fact shall be considered by the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna while deciding the condonation of delay application to be filed by the petitioner.
