Nalanda and to take appropriate legal action against Md. Naqeeb Ahmed S/o Late Sharif Ahmed including cancellation of his primary membership who after becoming chairman of Bihar State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Union Ltd., Patna (BISHCOTEX) defaulcated a huge amount of the said society and also for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to hold an impartial enquiry in the affairs. Of Bihar Janta Primary Weavers Cooperative Society, Salempur, Sohsarai, Biharsharif including financial irregularities by any agency such as CID and /or ED or by CBI”.
