3. The present appeal has been preferred for invoking power conferred under section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"] for setting aside the cognizance order dated

proceedings passed in G.R. No. 774/16/Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 whereby the learned A.C.J.M. 1, Aurangabad, Bihar was pleased to take cognizance for offence under sections 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on the report of one Krishna Rajak (Opposite Party No. 2) and summon dated 11.03.2024 issued by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST, Aurangabad served to the appellant on 24.04.2024.
