of the State informs that against impugned order passed by the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Gopalganj dated 01.11.2023 in Appeal No.66 of 2023, the State has preferred appeal before the State Appellate Authority and same is registered as Appeal No.218 of 2025.

Petitioner seeks to avail remedy before the State Appellate Authority.
