2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaithar Cyber P.S. Case No. 22/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 66(D) of I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in cyber fraud. The part of the money cheated from the informant has been transferred in the bank account of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned

counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 07.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner is involved in cyber crime.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
