Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that during course of investigation , it has come that this petitioner and others were seen indulged in maarpeet regarding love affairs between deceased Ayush Kumar and one Amrita Kumari. From perusal of confessional statement of injured Ayush Kumar which is recorded paragraph 33 of case diary , he stated that on 14.10.2024 at 6:30 PM, this petitioner others called him to meet behind house of Amrita Kumari and when he reached there , this petitioner and others snatched his mobile phone and brutally assaulted him due to which he became unconscious. Doctor has found multiple injuries on the body of deceased Ayush Kumar.

interfere with the order impugned and as such , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
