The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 150.84 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the seized motorcycle .

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion . Further submission is that petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovery . Petitioner is neither the owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge (Excise ) - 02 Samastipur in Waini Police Station Case No. 04 of 2024 .
