building, which is said to have been committed by a group of more than 60 persons of an extremist organization and the petitioner’s name also find place in the FIR but the basis of making him an accused, is merely on some sources but during the course of investigation, the police failed to bring the sources in the form of evidence, so, in view of this fact as well as considering the petitioner’s fair and clean antecedent and also completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Roshanganj (Bankebazaar) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020, on the condition that if the trial court is going to proceed with trial of the petitioner, then he will be released after framing of charges upon him, if the charges are not framed for any legal reason in next one month then the petitioner shall be released as per above order.
