that according to his instruction, the complainant has solemnized her second marriage and it is the reason that she is not appearing despite notice has personally been served upon her. It has also been submitted that her conduct was not good that is why the petitioner has lodged a divorce case against the complainant. In that case also, she did not appear and that case in on the verge of its final conclusion.
