Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(2), 305(e) of BNS, 2023.

As per allegation, when the informant (bank manager) opened the Bank, he found that left-side window had been broken, the iron rod was bent, all the cameras were damaged and the biometric scanner was stolen. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

Except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

On the other hand, Mr. J.N. Thakur, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
