is a married woman aged about 30 years having four children. The petitioner is young boy aged about 25 years. It is further submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R. and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., it is evident that the informant established physical relation with the petitioner out of her own sweet will on the pretext of marriage. She was consenting party for establishing physical relationship with the petitioner. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
