to the petitioner whereby confirmed that petitioner was the student of Teacher Education Institute under SCERT, Assam and marksheet was issued by the College is correct. It is further submitted that submitted that the certificate and marksheet of the petitioner and other similarly situated persons have been verified by the Human Resource Department, after verification the College has sent the list of correct and false certificate of students in which petitioner's certificate was found true and such fact would be evident from the list i.e. part of F.I.R at page no.31 (37) in which petitioner name is mentioned asSl.No.155. Altogether 10 separate F.I.R was lodged against the similarly situated teachers including petitioner, out of which one teacher namely Arvind Kumar who has also passed from State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT), Assam and still in service has been granted an anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 2.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 16364 of 2025.
