5 11-11-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has filed a petition before the District Magistrate (respondent No. 1) against the order of the SubDivisional Officer dated 07.11.2023 whereby the licence of the petitioner has been canceled, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Begusarai (respondent No. 1) to dispose of the application made by the petitioner (Annexpure P/3) treating the same as appeal filed against the order dated 07.11.2023 of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Teghra, expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of to the extent indicated.

As it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the enquiry report has not been supplied to the petitioner, the Sub-Divisional Officer is directed to supply a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner.
