A counter affidavit has been filed specifically stating that the encroachment has been removed by the encroachers themselves. The enquiry report of the Rajaswa Karmchari of Halka No. 5 of Anchal Mahua, C.O., Mahua is also produced as Annexure-R/7, based on which the encroachment proceedings were dropped as early as on 18.08.2016 which order is also produced as Annexure R/8.
