The challenge in the writ petition was with respect to termination of the engagement of the petitioner as Anganbadi Sahaika. The contention was that no disciplinary action was taken. The Collector, Sheikhpura had passed an order in Miscellaneous Appeal Case No. 243 of 2019 which was extracted in the judgment of the learned Single Judge passed on 13.03.2023 in CWJC No. 412 of 2023.
