The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

"1. For directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over govt. land situated at Mohalla-Saidpur, Naharpar, Ward No.-48, P.S.-Kadamkuan, District and TownPatna, appertaining to Plot No. 1702, by the respondent no.8, namely, Meera Devi, W/o Shrawan Kumar Mehta."
