The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Madhaura, District-Saran, to conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No.04 of 2022-23.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment case is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court.
