Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, District-Patna under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’, 1956), in connection with Encroachment Case No. 2 of 202425, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file his objection before the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, District-Patna, within a period of two weeks from today. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner further seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Dhanarua,
