To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concerned to dispose off the representation of the petitioner pending before the respondent no. 5, i.e. The Examination Controller, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, Bihar with regard to grievances of the present petitioner which is still not addressed.
III. To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
