The present writ has been filed seeking the following

relief:-

“1. A direction may be given to the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Siwan Sadar, District-Siwan, for providing the entire order sheet alongwith order dated 06.04.2016, passed in Misc. Case No. 635 of 2014, which was initiated under Section 133 Cr. P.C. (Jaharul Eslam Versus Sohail Ahmad).”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the First Appellate Authority-cum-Deputy Development Commissioner, Siwan, to ensure compliance of his order dated 8.8.2024, forthwith. It is directed accordingly.
