2 21-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following relief:-

"1.For issuance of a writ in the nature Mandamus and / or an appropriate writ for making proper enquiry against respondent no.4 in respect of discharging duty in mutation work as the respondent is misusing his official power and passing illegal orders for illegal gratification and has also not considered the genuine claim of the petitioner as well as that of other genuine people of the locality. It is also prayed to direct the respondent no.3 that in case, after enquiry, the claim of the petitioner is found true and genuine, proper action be taken against the respondent no.4

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
