The writ petition filed as a public interest litigation raises bland allegations regarding admissions made in the Medical Colleges. It is the contention that the mandatory procedure of National Medical Commission has not been followed and there was no publication of merit list by the Controller of Examination. The cancellation sought for is of the admission of the students in 20 medical colleges; none of whom are impleaded herein. The persons who are said to have obtained admission illegally are also not impleaded; even in a representative capacity. The contention is also that eligible students have not been admitted; in which event such eligible students who are aggrieved by the action of the Medical College could very well approach this Court.

We find absolutely no reason to entertain the writ petition as a public interest litigation and dismiss the same as
