The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forest Case No. 9F/24(CIS-F-9/2024-Balmiki Nagar) registered for the offence under Sections 2, 27, 29, 31, 51 of the Indian Forest Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in the illegal tree falling.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he in custody since 21.12.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX-cumSpecial Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Forest Case No. 9F/24(CIS-F-9/2024Balmiki Nagar).

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sahodra Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
