2 01-10-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . For a trivial dispute, petitioner and other coaccused persons have killed the deceased by cutting his neck. Petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2024.
4 . During investigation, sufficient material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime.
5 . Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has participated in

killing of the deceased in a brutal manner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6 . Accordingly, this application for regular bail is
dismissed.
