The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 23.3.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4747 of 2018.

A show cause on behalf of the respondent no.7, the District Programme Officer(establishment), Vaishali is on record by which a reasoned order vide Memo No. 87 dated 9.1.2019 has been attached which shows that the decision has been taken amongst other the petitioner herein which reflects at serial no. 1 of the said order.
