He further submits that no other instruction is
forthcoming from the appellant whether he would like to
pursue this appeal.
Considering the aforenoted statement made by
Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, learned Advocate, we dismiss this
appeal for non-prosecution with the liberty to the
Patna High Court MA No.187 of 2018(8) dt.17-04-2023 2/2
appellant to have the matter revived in case he is interested in contesting the judgment passed by the
Family Court within a period of one year from today.
