Heard Ms. Punam Shrivastava and Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Singh, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Apurva Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of pensionary benefit has already been given to the petitioner.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved for payment of other retiral dues which has not been paid to him including the applicable date of retirement in accordance with the decision of the State Government, taken with respect to the Central Government employees by considering all the guiding circular in this regard, he may file detail representation before the Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Patna.

The Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional Office, Patna is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order or representation, if any, filed by the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
