affidavit has been filed along with certain documents at Annexure P - 16 to P - 21 insofar as calculation of disbursement of arrears of payment (family pension to the respondent). Insofar as interest part is concerned, the Officer Ms. Gautmi Bhattacharya, Superintending Archaeologist who is present in the Court, on instruction, submitted that it is under correspondence. Respondent is entitled to interest at Rs. 2,91,604/-. A formal cheque in favour of respondent is required
