3 18-10-2023 The present MJC- contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 27.01.2009 passed in CWJC No. 1231 of 2009. In the light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the present contempt petition is not maintainable on the ground of limitation.

respondents on instruction submitted that orders of this Court dated 27.01.2009 passed in CWJC No. 1231 of 2009 is stated to have been complied in the year 2014 itself. Accordingly, the present proceeding of MJC- contempt petition stands dropped.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the order of the compliance in the year 2014 he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law and if law so permits.

With the aforesaid observations, the present MJCcontempt petition stands disposed of.
