Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Magadh University for getting his grievance redressed with respect to payment of retiral dues and fixation of his pension as a result of upgradation in his salary and all other dues as claimed by the petitioner.

The Registrar of the Magadh University is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and the claim as payed for in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks and ensure payment on account of all the retiral dues which has not been paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period along with applicable rate of interest till date of payment.

In case, the Registrar of the Magadh University fails to abide by this order then the petitioner is at liberty to take legal action against him.

With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
