The petitioner has filed the the present writ

petition for the following reliefs:

“ That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs for directing the Respondent Authority to restore the pension of the petitioner and further they may be directed to pay the arrear of pension from the year 2005 which was stopped due to non furnishing of Life Certificate as the petitioner was in judicial custody outside of the State of Bihar.”

(Pension), Allahabad is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner who has suffered penalty and thereafter because of non-communication to the State Bank of India, Bihiya Branch, Bhojpur, the pension of the petitioner has not been restored till date.

The petitioner, if so advised, may file his detailed representation to facilitate restoration of pension along with the required documents.

In any case, the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pension), Allahabad must not delay in want of any representation rather he must call for the records relating to the petitioner and must ensure to communicate to the Bank for restoring the pension of the petitioner in accordance with law.

The above exercise is directed to be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
