The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
“1(i). For direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the responsible persons who were responsible as per memo no. 3091 dated 6.8.2022.
(ii). For direction to the respondents to recover the aforesaid amount which was misappropriate as per memo no. 3091 dated 6.8.2022.
(iii). For direction to the respondents to make an enquiry through the independent agency in accordance with law.”
