The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

“1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs for quashing of the order dated 17.8.2015 contained in letter no.XI/Miscellaneous 1003 / 2014 dated 18.8.15 issued by Deputy General Manager, Human Resources & Administration ( मानव संसाधन एवं प्रशासन ) who took decision to refuse the joining of the petitioner as switch Board operator ( बटन पट चालक ), and further for directing the
