The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following reliefs:-
“1(i). To seize the SWIFT car bearing Registration No. BR02P 4396 dated 23rd March 2012 belonging to the petitioner and hand over the same to the petitioner within stipulated period.
(ii). For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority to take legal action against the respondent no.6, Ajit Kumar who has forcefully demanded rangdari tax of Rs.2.00 lacs and due to this cause the respondent no.6
