been dismissed by an order dated 23.09.2006 and thereafter belatedly, the present writ petition has been filed only in the month of December, 2015, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present writ petition, especially in view of the fact that this Court is not inclined to condone the gross delay and laches on the part of the petitioners, hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
