16.3.2023, the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, has passed an order dated 17.3.2023, whereby and whereunder the impugned order dated 21.11.2022, passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Darbhanga Division, in Stamp Case No. 197 of 2022-23, imposing the demand of deficit stamp duty along with penalty and interest, has been annulled.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer aggrieved by any action of the Respondent authorities, hence, the petitioner does not propose to press the present writ petition.
