ORAL ORDER
2 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief:-
“1. That this application is for grant of relief/reliefs of issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and /or direction/directions quashing thereby the decision of Respondent No.1 communicated to the Petitioner by letter dated 14.05.2015 purported to be under signature of the Senior Manager (Respondent No.2) refusing thereby to make payment of Service Tax of the Branch premises fully described in the Registered Deed of Lease dated 5th July 2013 as contained in Annexure-1 as well as for commanding the concerned Respondents-Bank to make payment

of the Service Tax w.e.f. 01.05.2012 concerning its Kankarabagh Branch Premises, Patna to the Petitioner under Registered Deed of Lease dated 05.07.2013(Annexure-1) together with interest/penalty accrued thereon charged by the Service Tax Department for its delayed payment beyond One year 30% continuously on regular basis as also for grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the Petitioner may be found entitled in law on the special facts and circumstances of the present case.”
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
