2 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
“1. That this is an application for issuance of writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents for payment of 1st ACP and 2nd ACP as well as for payment of arrears on the said scale.”
The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits
that the scheme, pertaining to grant of Assured Career Progression, came in the year, 1999, whereas the petitioner has stood retired in the year, 1995, hence, the prayer made by the petitioner is not tenable in the eyes of law.
