The present petition is by way of second attempt at
the behest of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, in connection with Deoaria P.S. Case No.31 of 2019, for the offence registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No.7763 of 2020.
At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below, within a period of four weeks from today and avail
