The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

“1. That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authorities for removal of the encroachment from Garmajarua Aam Land Bandh appertaining to Khata No. 108, in Plot No. 461, 457, 671 and 672 situated in village Jankop, thana No. 118, Block-Barun, Aurangabad, measuring an area of 1.18 decimal of land in plot 461, 10 decimal of land in plot no. 671, 2 decimal of land in plot no. 457 & 2 decimal of land in plot no. 672 decimal, which have been encroached by the private respondents i.e. respondent no. 7 to respondent no. 12 herein. And also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners will be entitled in the law as well as in the facts of the case.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barun, District-Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Barun, District-Aurangabad, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate

orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid
