At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners

seeks permission to delete the name of petitioners no. 5, Sikandar Das and 6. Abhimanyu Das respectively, for which she has filed Interlocutory Applications No. 1 and 2 of 2022.

Permission is granted.

Let the name of petitioners no. 5, Sikandar Das and 6. Abhimanyu Das be treated to be deleted from the cause title of the instant writ petition. Accordingly, Interlocutory Applications No. 1 and 2 of 2022 are allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners referring to Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit submits that the case of the petitioners is fully covered by the judgment rendered by Full Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 11255 of 2016 vide order dated 22.08.2019.
