Mr. Atul Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief as prayed for in the present writ application. However, he submits that in the identical case of employees working in Kasturba Gandhi Girls’ School, this Court in CWJC No. 6490/2018 has directed the respondentauthority to give one time age relaxation to the peon/night guards/cook etc in the selection process through open advertisement conducted by the Respondents.

The Court also observed that the interview committee will consider the experience of candidates who have rendered their long services in Kasturba Gandhi School.

In the present case, the fact is that the petitioners were appointed in the years 2011 and 2013 and their services were dispensed with in the year 2015.

In view of the fact that the identical writ application being CWJC No. 6490/2018 has been disposed with certain
