Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
APP for the state.
The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 498 of 2020 instituted for the offence u/s 364, 365, 386, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code in which charge sheet has been submitted u/s 364, 365, 302, 201, 120(B), 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.
In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial will be concluded within three months but as per the information gathered by learned counsel for the petitioner, trial is still pending.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one month positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
In view of that matter, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
