3 20-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498 (A) of the IPC.

Earlier, vide order dated 13.04.2023, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Center and the dispute between the parties was resolved and the terms and conditions of the settlement is annexed with the Mediation Report.

Considering the same, let the above named petitioner, be

released on provisional bail , in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.172 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned court below after compliance of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
