The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 517 of 2021 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32748 of 2022. Further submission is that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 517 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
