Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, bhaisur and gotani

respectively of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against them. The husband of the deceased is already under custody. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
